#1. Order Capacity and Availability:

When placing an order, ensure availability for the upcoming week, as projects initiated during the week will be scheduled for completion in the following week. Additionally, each order must contain less than 2 logos; otherwise, it will need to be separated into two different orders.

#2. Payment & Refund Policy:

Full payment is required upfront before any work can start. Projects will begin only after the complete payment has been received. If you intend to reserve an order for the upcoming week, please note that payment upfront is also required to secure your spot on the waitlist. You cannot get refunded once you have paid.

#3. Detailed Requirements:

Please ensure all necessary details are provided before the commencement of the project, as major changes during the process may be challenging. Excessive details during the creation phase may disrupt the workflow

#4. Exclusive Work and Originality:

Do not request recreation or imitation of others' work. All commissions should be original and unique.

#5. Edits and Revisions:

While I offer unlimited edits, I reserve the right to restart the project if there's a mistake on my part that significantly impacts the final outcome.

#6. Patience and Communication:

I am committed to timely responses, but please understand that I am a human creator. If I haven't responded within 15 hours, feel free to ping me for a quick update.

#7. Review Requirement:

Upon completion, a review of at least 20 words is required. The review should provide coherent feedback and insights into the commission process.

#8. Support and Copyright Protection:

I offer full support for commissioned work. In case of unauthorized use, I will assist in issuing DMCA notices to protect your rights.
